Ajinsy Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between Ajinsy ("Ajinsy", "we", "us") and the business creating an Ajinsy workspace ("you", "your agency"). Ajinsy is an independent service run as a sole proprietorship. By creating an account or using ajinsy.com, you accept these terms. If you accept for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

Ajinsy is a business tool. You must be at least 18 and using it for business purposes.

1. The service

Ajinsy is an operating system for social media agencies: client onboarding and intake, AI-assisted strategy and content planning, a content calendar, internal and client review flows, analytics reports, team management, and related features. Features vary by plan, and we improve, add, and occasionally retire features as the product evolves (see section 13).

2. Your account and your team

  • Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Workspace owners and managers control who joins the workspace and what roles they hold. You are responsible for your team members' use of Ajinsy.
  • Seat counts are limited by plan. One person may belong to several workspaces with a single sign-in.
  • You must give us accurate information and keep your billing email reachable.

3. Plans, billing, and trials

  • Billing partner. Paid subscriptions are sold through Dodo Payments, acting as merchant of record. Dodo processes payment, applicable taxes, and invoicing under its own terms, and is the seller of record for your purchase. We never see or store your card number.
  • Subscription. Plans bill in advance, monthly or yearly depending on what you choose at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Cancelling does not delete your data (see section 12).
  • Prices. Current prices and plan limits are shown on the pricing page and in Settings. Yearly billing is charged as a single up-front payment for the year.
  • Upgrades and downgrades. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. If a downgrade puts you over the new plan's limits (seats, clients), the excess becomes read-only until you are within limits.
  • Refunds. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable, and yearly payments are not refunded pro rata on cancellation. If something went genuinely wrong on our side, contact us and we will be reasonable. Refunds, where granted, are processed through Dodo Payments.
  • Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
  • Free tier. The free tier is provided as-is and may be adjusted (limits, features) at any time.
  • Failed payments. If payment fails, your workspace may be placed in a past-due state with reduced functionality until payment succeeds.

4. Fair use and AI limits

AI actions (generating strategies, plans, ideas, trends, reviews, rewrites) are metered monthly per workspace by plan tier. Limits reset on the 1st of each month. The limits exist to keep the product fast and fairly priced; automated bulk extraction, resale of AI output as a service, or attempts to circumvent metering are not allowed. We also apply rate limits to the in-app support assistant to prevent abuse.

5. Your content

  • You own it. Everything your agency puts into Ajinsy (client information, briefs, strategies, posts, media, feedback) remains yours or your clients'.
  • Our license to run the service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display your content in order to provide the service, including sending relevant content to our AI providers to fulfil your requests (see the Privacy Policy for who they are).
  • AI improvement. We collect filtered interaction examples to improve Ajinsy's AI features unless your workspace opts out in Settings. This dataset is never sold or shared. Details and the opt-out are described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Your responsibilities. You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed for the content you upload, including your clients' consent where their data or assets are involved. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious.

6. Stored client logins (the vault)

Ajinsy lets your clients hand over social account logins during intake, and stores them encrypted. By using this feature you agree:

  • You are responsible for authorization. Only store credentials the account owner knowingly gave you for this purpose.
  • Platform rules are your risk. Some platforms' terms restrict password sharing or automated access. Logging into a client's account with shared credentials is done at your and your client's own risk; prefer official partner, collaborator, or business-manager access where the platform offers it. Ajinsy is not responsible for lockouts, security challenges, or account restrictions a platform imposes.
  • Access is gated and logged. Only workspace owners and managers can reveal a stored password, and every reveal is recorded and visible in the workspace. You are responsible for what your team does with revealed credentials.
  • We store credentials encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and never display them to anyone outside your workspace's permitted roles.

7. AI output

AI-generated strategies, plans, captions, ideas, trends, and reviews are suggestions, not professional advice. They can be wrong, outdated, or unsuitable for a given client or platform. A human must review AI output before publishing or acting on it. You are responsible for what your agency publishes. We make no promise that AI output is accurate, original, or fit for a particular purpose, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for consequences of relying on it.

The in-app support assistant answers questions about how Ajinsy works. It is read-only, can be wrong, and cannot make changes to your workspace or your billing. For anything binding, contact us directly.

8. Client-facing pages

Intake forms, review links, and report links can be shared with your clients, optionally under your agency's branding and subdomain. These pages display content your agency created; you are responsible for that content and for keeping share links appropriately private. Anyone with a share link can access the page it points to.

9. Acceptable use

Do not:

  • break the law, or use Ajinsy to harass, deceive, or harm others;
  • upload malware or attempt to breach, probe, or overload our systems;
  • access other workspaces' data or attempt to;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
  • resell, sublicense, or white-label Ajinsy itself without a written agreement (Enterprise);
  • use the service to build a competing product by systematic extraction;
  • store credentials or data you have no right to hold (see section 6).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with notice where practicable.

10. Third-party services

Ajinsy integrates with third parties (Google Drive for media storage, Dodo Payments for billing, AI providers, and social platforms). Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. If your agency connects Google Drive, media is stored in your own Drive under your Google account's terms. Where publishing to a social platform is available to your workspace, you are responsible for complying with that platform's terms, and the platform may change or withdraw its API at any time.

11. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance, upgrades, and factors outside our control can cause downtime. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice for material changes (for paid features, at least 30 days where practicable). Support is provided through the in-app support chat and by email at support@ajinsy.com. We are a small team, so response times vary; we aim to reply to paid workspaces within one business day.

12. Termination and your data

  • By you. You can cancel your subscription anytime, and delete your workspace. Deleting the workspace permanently deletes its content (per the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy).
  • By us. We may suspend or terminate for material breach of these terms, illegal use, non-payment, or risk to the service or other customers. Where reasonable we will warn you first.
  • Data export. You can export your data before leaving; if you need help, ask within 30 days of cancellation and we will provide a reasonable export.
  • Sections that by their nature survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, disputes) survive.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify workspace owners by email at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use Ajinsy after the effective date means you accept the new terms; if you do not, cancel before they take effect.

14. Disclaimers

Ajinsy is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that AI output will be accurate (section 7), or that third-party platforms will behave as expected (sections 6 and 10).

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
  • Our total aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you are on the free tier.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or death or personal injury).

16. Indemnity

You will defend and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from your content, your use of stored client credentials, or your breach of these terms, including reasonable legal costs.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the courts of Mauritius, except where mandatory consumer or local law in your country says otherwise. Before starting proceedings, contact us; most issues can be sorted out by email.

18. Miscellaneous

  • These terms plus the Privacy Policy (and any signed Enterprise agreement, which prevails on conflict) are the entire agreement.
  • If a clause is unenforceable, the rest stands.
  • We may assign these terms in a merger or asset sale; you need our consent to assign.
  • No waiver is implied by inaction.
